Kofta Curry
Kheema and 4 tspns ginger garlic paste
Haldi, dhania, kothmir, salt, jeera
Add 3 slices crushed soft bread
Make balls
Gravy made with onions as a base, sukha masala
Add koftas when gravy is bubbling
